


Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. They constitute a legal agreement between you and Fig Tree Intl Ltd regarding your use of this website.
In addition, prior to the commencement of any services, all clients are issued with a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This document forms part of the contractual relationship between Fig Tree Intl Ltd and the client and sets out the agreed scope, standards, and expectations of service delivery.
This contractual agreement is fully compliant with IR35 legislation and is signed by both parties prior to the start of any work. The SLA complements the general terms provided on this page and may include specific terms relevant to the services being delivered.

Event Cancellations and Refunds
Please note that all ticket purchases for events are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. Requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to contactus@figtreeintl.org. Any such request must be received at least four weeks before the event date. Refunds, where granted, will be subject to an administrative fee and will not include VAT.

Fig Tree Intl Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the event programme without prior notice, including changes to speakers, venue, or timings, where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that we cancel an event entirely, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
For purchases relating to physical goods such as the RACE Charter Mark, consumers are entitled to a full refund if the item is faulty, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not apply to digital content or services unless they are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.
Additional cancellation policies may apply to events booked through third-party platforms such as Eventbrite; please refer to the specific terms and conditions listed on those platforms at the time of booking.

Invoice Payment
It is expected that invoices will be addressed in a timely manner, by our partners and those accessing our services. An administrative fee of between 5% - 12% can be applied if invoices are not settled by the due date. If persistent non payment becomes and issue, a further administrative fee can be applied.

The contents of this website is exclusively owned and controlled by Fig Tree Intl Ltd. You are not permitted to reproduce, adapt or store in any medium, any part of its content without written permission from Fig Tree Intl Ltd

Limitation of Liability
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) to give you a refund, if you cancel your contract, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or to the agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the services ordered by you in the relevant transaction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions and Website
Fig Tree Intl Ltd reserves the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions and our website. By securing a service on the website, you accept Fig Tree Intl Ltd's Terms and Conditions and will be subject to those in force at the time of your signing of contract. If for any reason any of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition shall not be affected.
This agreement is governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
These terms and conditions and any disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of these terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
