Satis Education is pleased to announce their new Advisory Group, bringing together some of the most respected and leading thinkers in the sector. The group will help us think about how the education landscape is changing and evolving, and how they can continue to adapt their offer to continue to provide the very highest standards of recruitment guidance and support to the sector.

The Satis Education Advisory Group consists of:

  • Michael Pain, an author and expert in executive leadership, and chair of the Advisory Group

  • Sir Steve Lancashire, former CEO of the largest primary trust in England and currently chair of the National #TrustLeaders CEO network

  • Ann Palmer, founder of Confident Executive Leadership for Black and Asian leaders and CEO of Fig Tree International

  • Sir David Carter, former National Schools Commissioner at the Department for Education

  • Yvonne Salter Wright, Leadership and Governance consultant with a particular focus on the Catholic education sector

The Group’s first meeting was in September and it will meet quarterly to look at themes and trends that Satis is seeing through their recruitment work and discussions. Laura McGunigle, co-founder of Satis Education, added: “Satis is about bringing good people together, and this Advisory Group is the perfect example of that.”
